For women, me time can be hard to come by. We’re so busy taking care of others we forget ourselves.

At times, it’s difficult for us to really ground ourselves in our bodies and listen to what our heart is crying out for. We get caught up in a cycle of doing what’s expected and disconnect from our own wants and needs.

If you’re feeling enough is enough and you’re serious about investing time in yourself, our bespoke allwoman programmes are for you. Do you want to reconnect with your body, optimise your health and wellbeing, create some space and ease the constant chatter in your mind? Then, we’ll lovingly support you to get out of your head and back into your body. We’ll help you to feel nourished and full of vitality, radiance and spaciousness.

Our programmes are a journey of self-discovery.

We take a holistic view of health and wellbeing, working one-to-one with you to create a bespoke programme to meet your physical and emotional needs.

Depending upon the programme you choose, your one-to-one sessions will either take place in the lovely allwoman yoga studio in Moortown, Leeds – a homely space in which to take refuge and reconnect with your body and soul – or via Skype so that you can connect with us from the comfort of your own home.

Our 5-Step Approach

Get Some Clarity

By increasing the quality time you spend with yourself, you’ll get to know who you are and what you want. We’ll work together to remove the noise, identify your goals and create space, calm and inner peace, so you can hear your deepest desires for yourself and your body.

Know the terrain

Are you your own worst enemy? Do you listen to your body? Are you finding it hard to stop bad habits? Do you want to learn new ways of being?

Together we’ll explore your patterns, habits, associations in both thought and behaviour and the impact of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours on your inner landscape. We’ll identify your stress and anxiety triggers and check in with your body to see how you’re being affected.

Love, Honour & Respect

As we begin to nurture and respect our inner landscape, we do so from a place of love, honour and respect. You’ll meet yourself where you are and work from there, unpeeling the layers, working through your blocks to welcome back a more authentic version of yourself.

Embrace and embed, ground and balance

You’ll work on developing your ability to ground and anchor yourself in the present, even in uncomfortable situations. Together, we’ll create effective practices to support your individual needs and the time and space you have in your life.

Consolidate and grow, bear fruit

This is where our work together will really start to blossom. Having worked on your health and wellbeing goals, you’ll integrate the practices into your life, becoming your own guru. My aim is that eventually you won’t need a teacher.

What You'll Learn

  • Yoga, breath awareness, meditation and somatic movement practices from a range of different yoga styles to unwind tension, restore your energy and balance your emotional, physical and mental equilibrium.
  • Yogic practices to suit your specific needs from Therapeutic Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal, Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra, Mudra, Mantra and Sound.
  • Mizan abdominal massage and self-care massage and other simple bodywork techniques.
  • Grounding and balancing breathing techniques.
  • Relaxation techniques.
  • Meditation and mindfulness practices.
  • Deeper self-awareness enabling you to connect and listen to the needs of your body and your soul, increasing your self-love and compassion.
  • Ways to move through life more effectively by working with your natural energy patterns during your menstrual cycle, the moon cycle, the seasons of the year and transition phases, such as moving from perimenopause to menopause.

Your Commitment

Our programmes are not for the fainthearted. You’ll need:

  • To be ready to make real changes in your life and commit to the process, which might sometimes be uncomfortable and may bring up things that have been hidden away for some time.
  • A desire to spend time investing in yourself and know in your heart you’re doing the right thing.
  • A commitment to the programme and the selfish me time required for reflection and review, self-care and self-practice.
  • To want to experience a deeper connection to yourself.
  • A willingness to go into the five steps of the programme, looking at blocks you might have and issues you’ve experienced during your journey.
  • To be willing to let go of the old, bring in the new, go deep, do the work and make some real changes.
  • To practice outside our sessions to deepen the impact of everything we’re doing together and embed the practices and Mizan treatment effects within your body.
